SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please read our delivery information below for delivery services and surcharges.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL MAINLAND UK ORDERS

All orders are stored and despatched from our storage facility in Telford, Shsopshire. We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours following the receipt of order. You will receive a call to arrange a delivery day (Monday - Friday) that is convenient for you.

Most mainland UK consignments ordered by 12.00pm (midday) are despatched within 24hrs. However we are unable to give a designated time of delivery and our courier company can delivery anytime between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Due to the sturdy nature of our trampolines the packaged boxes can be extremely heavy, up to 50kg in weight. The delivery driver may therefore need assistance when delivering and a signature is needed for all consignments. 

All advised delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates based on best information available from our couriers.  The company cannot be held responsible for any subsequent delays or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

Once you have placed your order you will recieve an email notice that the order has been places and then someone from our team will be in contact by phone to book in a suitable delivery date and take and special instructions for our couriers, the phone call will be made next working day following any orders that are palced after 4.30pm.  

Most deliveries are made within 3 working days of purchase.

Deliveries are made on our behalf by third party providers

Upon delivery the goods should be inspected before signing the driver's delivery note. If there is any visible damage, it is important to sign for the goods as damaged on the delivery note.

Please Note: Deliveries are made on our behalf by a third party carrier and whilst we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are made on a specified day, we cannot guarantee deliveries and will not enter into claims for compensation should a delivery failure occur. In these rare circumstances we will, of course, make every effort to rectify the problem with the utmost urgency.
